What's Included?

27-hour venue with accommodations at the Inn for eight people

Day of your wedding arrive 7-8 AM and begin your preparations in our pool level facilities complete with hair and makeup studio, lounges, yoga area, gym, full kitchen, separate suite with poker and foosball tables, two full bathrooms, iron and steamer, couches, and plenty of hooks to hang garments and clothing. Special closet for hanging dresses

Outside amenities including patio with grill, pool, basketball/tennis, and screened gazebo, lawn, she-shed, trails, farm within walking distance with alpacas, goats, chickens

Four areas for ceremony: Gazebo, Gold Arbor, Birch Arbor or Ceremony Pavilion (covered featuring three chandeliers- great for rain plan or hot day)

Shed featuring donated rustic items you may borrow to add to your wedding

Appointed Venue Director to help guide you through your wedding process that includes the initial meeting, final countdown, preparation of layouts, and wedding day direction starting in the morning until you are introduced into the reception

After party space with fireplace to unwind after your big day until 1am

Four double-occupancy rooms at Inn including the Honeymoon suite with in-room bathroom, the Llama room with private bathroom, and two guest rooms with shared bathroom

Plans incase of inclement weather

What's Included?

16-hour venue with a cottage nestled in the woods for pre-ceremony preparation.

Cocktail area of retreat barn can be used for small after-hours party while cleaning up your décor to take off property by 12am

We got married on 10/2/22 at Five Bridge Inn at the Barn location, and it was the absolute BEST! I worked at many, many wedding venues in RI and MA as a wedding coordinator for years, and FBI was always my favorite venue. When we got engaged, my fiance fell in love with it too. The Barn had the absolutely perfect cozy, woodsy vibe that we were going for. Our guests have not stopped raving about how beautiful and different the venue was. I could go on and on about all of the bonuses that make this venue such a good value - from the salon area where all of the ladies got our hair & makeup done, to the new “man cave” where the guys could hang out, the STUNNING grounds with endless photo ops (with llamas!), the option to have a fire pit after-party until 1 am (we opted for the wood-fired pizza and HOLY MOLY it was good!!), and the fact that our family and wedding party were all able to sleep there that night, AND we got an incredible breakfast the next morning. Every single staff member was helpful and went above and beyond. Special shout-out to Denise who was our contact and day-of coordinator. She was super responsive, SO helpful during planning, and she literally felt like family on the day of our wedding. She kept the whole day running on time and set up my decor items just like I had envisioned. I could go on and on and on - Five Bridge Inn is the best! Wish we could get married all over again!!

"Exactly what we needed!"

Having both the bride and groom’s parties be able to get ready onsite in their own separate spaces was incredibly convenient - both suites were exactly what we needed to relax and get ready for the day! We also loved that there were so many options for first look and photo locations so we could play around and get the best shots to represent us. Our photographer was recommended by the Five Bridge Inn - the property is large, so it was great to have a photographer who was familiar with where to go. I’d recommend this to others as well!

AMAZING venue. OUTSTANDING people. There aren’t enough good things for me to say about have our May 7, 2022 wedding at Five Bridge. The property is STUNNING. We got married at the barn and had our ceremony outside of the barn. Anne, James, and the team at Five Bridge made everything easy and amazing for our day. My bridesmaids and I got to the venue early on the morning of the wedding to use the hair and makeup suite to get ready. This made the day simple and smooth. The groomsman and my husband used a different suite to get ready on the morning of the wedding. They hung out, played poker, and got dressed on the property. This made the morning relaxed and fun. Every angle at the venue gave us fantastic pictures. Our reception was in the Barn on Five Bridge Inns and it was the perfect combination of both my husband and my personality. From the things hanging on the walls to the comfortable and fun outdoor fire, it was truly amazing and a one of a kind experience that we would recommend to anyone looking to have their marriage ceremony there!

We had our wedding at the barn on June 12 and could not be happier with our experience! The venue is absolutely gorgeous and well maintained and the staff are friendly and helpful and clearly love working there. In addition to the beautiful inn and grounds, there are so many perks to having a wedding here - wedding night accommodation at the inn and breakfast in the morning for the wedding party included in the price, access to the venue for 24 hours so you can get ready on-site, wedding signs, decor, etc left over from previous weddings that you can borrow for free, and an option to have a pizza afterparty (delicious). Also big shout out to our venue coordinator Ellen who was SO helpful in the weeks leading up to the wedding and on the day-of! Highly recommend Five Bridge Inn!!

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use any caterer?

All Caterers must obtain a license from the Town of Rehoboth. Licensed, full-service caterers only (no take-out or drop-off food). See our Catering Policy below. Before you contract a caterer, be sure to contact us first to ensure they are approved.

Is alcohol allowed at Five Bridge Inn?

We will assist you with getting a preferred alcohol provider for your event. When doing pre-wedding preparations and after the event is over, food and beverages will need to be provided by hosts.

Does the Five Bridge Inn offer catering or additional in-house services?

Five Bridge Inn has a variety of services available including; late night pizza by KP Grille, cooked outdoors in a wood fired oven; rehearsal dinner or brunch in the Barn. Ask about these additional options available to you as a guest of Five Bridge Inn.

I have my own decorator, do I need to hire the in-house decorator?

Outside vendors, decorators and/or coordinators are allowed to decorate the venue. Vendors must be licensed and insured and need to fill out proper paperwork with the proprietor prior to the event date.

What do we do in the event of a rain shower?

The staff at Five Bridge Inn do everything possible to keep all guests as comfortable as possible during imperfect weather. We have a covered ceremony area and we supply an ample amount of oversized umbrellas to assist in staying dry when traveling to and from uncovered areas. A large portion of our event areas are covered and/or have side walls for additional protection against unpleasant elements.

Can we take photos on site before our wedding date?

Yes! As a complimentary service to our couples, you may coordinate a time to come onsite before your wedding to take photos for engagement announcements and/or save the date cards.

Is there parking available?

Yes, There is ample parking in our own on-site lot.

Do you only host weddings at Five Bridge Inn?

We host all types of events, from other family celebrations to corporate events. Many of our wedding couples also choose us for their bridal showers, and love coming come back for baby showers & anniversary celebrations! We love being part of our couples' life journey.

Is breakfast provided the next day?

Your guests who are staying over at the Inn will be able to wake up and enjoy fresh coffee, tea, orange juice, muffins, assorted baked goods, quiche, fruit, yogurt, and cereal.
